Education: Diploma in 1973, BA of Law in 1976, Ph.D. in Law University of Paris 1983[3]

Biography: Pre-revolution: Agricultural laborer, taxi driver, university student. Post-revolution: University studies in Paris, France. Returns to Iran in 1983, teaches international public law at Shiraz University, lawyer, unsuccessful candidate for parliamentary elections.[4]
