- Fars News accuses the US military officials of holding meetings with the leaders of the PJAK terrorist group in Iraq's Kurdistan region to discuss ways of providing military and financial support for the group.

- Aftab News says government employees spend more time in eating, drinking tea and talking on the phone than working. It estimates that the average daily “effective work hour” at government offices is only one hour and four minutes.
