- Ahmadinejad appoints Hojjat al-Eslam Ahmad Mousavi, Iran’s Ambassador to Syria, as his Palestine Affairs adviser.
- Parliamentarian Ali Mottahari says the Supreme Leader has asked Ahmadinejad not to dismiss other cabinet ministers.
