The report highlighted Pakistan’s military operations against groups such as al Qaeda, the TTP, the Punjabi Taliban, and Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ), but claimed that sufficient action had not been taken against groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).
