- Intelligence Minister Hojjat al-Eslam Heydar Moslehi says Iranian television will broadcast "confessions of the perpetrators" of the murder of "nuclear martyrs." Moslehi continued:
- "Our intelligence apparatus is at the peak of its power and the enemy's intelligence systems are confused. Even outside of the country we recruit their people."
- "The enemy is wondering how we manage to recruit their people both inside and outside [of Iran]. Their people who were outside [of Iran] are now at the disposal of the Islamic Republic."

- According to Mahmoud Bahmani, Central Bank director general, restriction in accessing the outbound passengers to state subsidized foreign currency has meant $5 billion reduction in public expenditure.
