James Barnett
James Barnett was previously an analyst with the Critical Threats Project at the American Enterprise Institute where he specialized in East Africa and the Lake Chad Basin. He graduated with Highest Honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in History and the Plan II Liberal Arts Honors Program. He was a 2016-2017 Boren Scholar in Tanzania.
